e6410 windows xp boot issues.
I have 6 e6410's with the exact same hardware configuration, all running xp. Two of them freeze when the computer starts back up after a reboot. No boot log is created and its not the hardware (tried win7 just to be sure.) Anyone else experiencing this?

If you didn't figure it out already, it's a RAID driver....
Same problems here as well. We have six new e6410s and all of them hang during boot, specifically when trying to load mup.sys. Reloading the OS does nothing, after the first restart, the machine hangs. This has only occurred since we upgraded the machines to BIOS A04 it seems. We're going to try and rollback the BIOS if possible. If not, we'll be in touch with our Dell rep to take these lemons back... we've already wasted too much time on them.

Same problem, first time after dozens of E6410's with XP. XPSP3_32bit inst from dell oem disk started fine, started freezing after wireless and chipset drivers installed.
When booting normal or to safe mode, stops at windows\system32\drivers\mup.sys. Harddrive light solid on - no flash. Diagnostics come up clean. Bios at A04.
Going to try Vista32 - not ready to call Dell support yet...
