Laptop without webcam
Hi there,
I'm currently working in Abu Dhabi offshore (oil field) where the local law :emotion-15: bands the laptop :emotion-36: with webcam. Dis-activating :emotion-53: the webcam software or crass the lens of webcam is not an option. As long as the laptop have webcam, the police have right to take :emotion-14: (rob) my laptop and might imprison :emotion-9: me too... how dear :emotion-10: this law...It was happened to some of my colleagues, police took their mobiles or tablets.
Btw, I wish to know if I can order a new laptop compatible window 8 without webcam? Please kindly advice...:emotion-5:

I bought a "Dell" laptop without a camera from a back street shop in Abu Dhabi and it is rubbish. It appears to be a fake. The keycode sticker has been torn off and there was no back up or rescue disk. After one year, it has ground to a halt and will hardly work. The sound card has blown and the cooling fan runs continuously.
Be careful.

Laptop computers ships with inbuilt camera. You may also check with the resellers if they have Dell laptop computers with out camera.
