HI there,
I have bought a Dell laptop Inspiron 15 5000 series i 7 in from your official site. And after couple of days I got errors on my computer screen.
1 )I received 3 blue screen errors, "Oxread039", Netwsys.02 and 3rd I dont remember now.
2)Also my laptop restarts automatically in the middle of me doing something.
3)It was attacked by malware and viruses after couple of weeks I bought it, which i had to get fixed from private people.
I am really worried about this.Can you help and justify reason for these errors and problems?

#3 is the cause of #1 and #2. Whatever the "private people" did, wasn't successful.
I'd suggest doing a complete factory restore of the OS:
www.dell.com/.../EN
That should clear up the problem. Then avoid the software or the websites that led to the infection in the first place.
