Latitude D620 Panel Light Error Code
I could not find this error so I was hoping someone mite know what it means. When I hit the power button the num lock stays light solid and the Caps and Scroll locks both flash at the same time about thirty times and then the laptop powers off also the bios does not boot either nothing comes on the monitor.

- Hi - could this be anything else besides a memory seating problem? I have the very same symptoms with the three LED lights, but have tried and retried reseeting the memory modules with no change. Are there other components that could be at fault? Thanks

This is likely a memory error - try reseating the memory module(s). One module is in a compartment under the system and the other requires removing the keyboard to access:
