You likely can - but you will need to make sure you get a screen known to be compatible with this model system (LCDs are not universally interchangeable), and you will need at least a new data cable -- and possibly other parts as well (many times the back cover assembly is different when an LED screen is installed, vs. a CCFL).  So - be prepared for an adventure that may mean changing the screen and cable, plus the external case parts.
