Memory card reader

Have a brand new xps 1530. the space in the memory card reader seems to be too big for my memory stick pro.. though it is supposed to support it .. and nothing happens. :robotsad:i cannot read the card.

Please advise..

Those sound like 2 separate problems. But in reply to the thread originator... don't you have to use the adaptor for the memory stick pro? I have to use an adaptor with my micro SD card so that it fits (it came with the card)

I just found out how to resolve my problem: I installed Vista SP1, and everything is running great now! :D

there must be a housing for your memory stick pro so that it fits in the card reader .
