Memory Key

I bought a 64k memory key  to transfer files etc between my Pc and Dell Notebook but my PC doesn't recognise the memory key as an additional drive. Is there something I need to do to get the PC to recognise the memory key?

The PC is a pentium II running windows 98. I have 2 USB ports and have tried the memory key in both.

In control panel/system/device manager I have a yellow ?  at 'other devices' and a yellow ?&! at 'USB device'. any suggestions?

    Thanks Bacilus,

I really am new to this, how do I identify the driver I need and where do I get it from? I have checked the Microsoft websit and searched under USB memory but get no hits.

The driver they have might be able to help you out.  Not guaranteed to work though.  Also, Dell does not guarantee that the USB key will work with Windows 98.  It has been tested with Win2k and XP but some people have had success with the driver from the link.
