I'm hoping someone out there can help me. I've been having a problem during the past few months with my Dell Inspiron 9300. Every time my computer "hibernates" (due to inactivity), I will experience lot of problems with my Kensington USB mouse. The right mouse button will stop working about 50% of the time, I cannot toggle between open software program tabs to the right of the "Start" button, etc. At first, I thought it was the mouse that was malfunctioning. However, I have since tried two other mice with my laptop (one wireless Kensington mouse, one "corded" Kensington mouse), and the identical problems will occur.

I'm running Windows XP SP2 with the A05 BIOS for my laptop. If anyone has any ideas of what might be going on, I would greatly appreciate it. Once the "hibernation" problem occurs, all I can do to get my mouse functions back is to restart the laptop.....which is a hassle if I had lots of processes running before the computer timed-out.

Also, the Kensington Mouse that is causing me my current problems is a PilotMouse Optical, model #72127, if that helps.
