NEED SOME HELP PEOPLE

i'll try and make this short

i have a dell laptop model number pp39l

it got a trojan virus a week ago but ive managed to sort that out (atleast i think i have) but now the aftermath of that is that my laptop has been acting up ever since ive tried everything within my knowledge to rectify the "problem" ( i put that in quotes because i honestly cant seem to wrap my head around what is actually wrong)

if i start it performance wise it has not been the same, on startup sometimes for example it takes quite a while before i can open anything and even when i do get to it comes up with the message that "dell dock has crashed/ encountered a problem and needs to close" or other times "catalyst controller monitoring system has stopped working" or "dell dock-language application has failed to load properly" or "catalyst contol center host application has stopped working" or my personal favourite as it seems to appear more frequently than the rest "desktop window manager stopped working and was closed"

most of this problems are usually followed by the a prolonged freeze of all the applications for at least 10 minutes if not that it just suddenly restarts itself or a blue screen screen comes up with the words KERNEL-DATA-INPAGE-ERROR which can only be got rid off by switching the pc off directly through the power button.

any insight on why any of this things are happening would be massively appreciated guys

cheers

when you got the trojan last week you should have posted for help in the Malware forum before attempting anything yourself as you may have damaged your Windows install to the point of having to re-install Windows completely

you should post there now and hope that your laptop can be saved
