OK, I checked and there are two optional updates: Realtek - Network - Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller
Download size: 272 KB
You may need to restart your computer for this update to take effect.
Update type: Optional
Realtek Network software update released in June, 2011 and a Bing update. I do not use Bing and I don't know whether I should update the Realtek released in June 2011 and published April 2012.
Would these have anything to do with VB scripting?

You should get the Realtek updates for your pc.
This is a good explanation of VB scripting.
en.wikipedia.org/.../VBScript
It should be in your Microsoft operating system or an update download. Weatherbug on Win. XP, Vista, 7, and 8 show scripting error frequently.
Are you trying to download Weatherbug in IE 9 or 10?
