I am trying to get a new power cord for an inspiron 9300.  I cannot find a live person via phone so am searching for help on line.  Dell phone representative has told me that the power cords are not available for purchase anywhere but at Dell and it could take up to 5 days to ship out.   HELP. 

 

If this is how long it takes to get replacement parts, can someone help me with the return policy.
