No HardDrive 0

i have a dell inspiron 11 3000series that i traded for another dell computer . and it wouldnt let me boot up or anything so i ran test on it and everything worked except the the"hard drive" so i disconnect the hard drive , did some initial tests on it and all it does is stay on a black screen , but its still responsive , what should i do.

    Hi Unzumaki,

    I would like you to set the BIOS to defaults and check for issue resolution. Please follow the steps mentioned below to load the BIOS to defaults.

    1. Reboot the computer.
    2. When prompted during POST, press the key to enter the setup screen.
    3. On the System Setup screen, press the key.
    4. Press the key on Yes to Load Optimized Defaults and restart the computer.

    Also, Please run the diagnostics on the computer by following the steps mentioned in the video below and check if there is any issue with the memory on your system.
