Go to Add & Remove Programs and remove Dell Support.  You will not miss it and the notify alert message will go away.

I have a sneaking suspicion that the bug with this program is crashing my laptop.  Unfortunately, since it crashes almost immediately upon logging in, I can't get into the control panel to kill it.  Clean boots aren't working, it's still trying to load from memory.  I tried to manually remove it from it's program files location, a search on "NotifyAlert.exe", and deleting it's regkeys, but I still don't think I got it and I can't remove it in safe mode (the only mode that isn't crashing).  Anything else I can do to get rid of Dell Support so my computer will run right again?

Please explain why you can't uninstall it from Safe Mode?

Have you tried stopping it from running at startup using the msconfig startup tab?  You should be able to do this from Safe Mode, then go into normal mode and you should be able to get to Control Panel to uninstall it.

Basically, everytime I try, it tells me that the Windows Installer Service will not run in Safe Mode.  So since I can't run it OUT of safe mode, I need a way to wipe this program in safe mode, manually.

I can't even find it in Startup.  I've also loaded it more than once after clicking "Disable All" on the startup - and there's still some programs that load that aren't even appearing in the msconfig menu.
