Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

Dell supplies drivers only for Operating Systems that are factory installed by Dell.  You will find no Windows 98 drivers for the Inspiron 2650 on our website.  Hopefully, one of the other forum users can help with suggesting drivers that may work.

Probably try http://www.nvidia.com and look for a driver there.

Click downloads at the top of the screen then type in your Service Tag number and download the drivers for Windows98

I have Same Problem, as i want to use WIN98SE and have not found the driver, if you found please do tell me. And i m thinking of aking DELL to provide us driver as we are there users.

Thanks for all the helpful replies to my original Question. I still have no solution. Do any one know of an alternate display driver that will work under win98se in the place of the Nvidia Geforce2 Go driver since this driver doesn't work under windows98se or is there another way to make it work?

Go to the webside www.geocities.com/madtoast . There are modified infs for original detonator drivers. The inspiron 2650 is supported. I have an Inspiron 8000 with a Geforce2 go and I am using the detonator 45.23. First I installed the 43.25 with the modified inf and then I installed the original 45.23 over this one. It's working perfect. Use the method "have disk" to install the drivers. Read carefully the instructions how to install on this webside.
