A friend of mine created a primary/admin pass word while playing with my laptop. My laptop model is dell inspiron 8000. When I switch on the computer the screen asks for pass pass word, giving me 3 chances, then the system shuts down. My friend forgot the pass word which he created recently. I would appreciate if you can help me solving this problem.
