someone help

I just got a latitude CPi i got the admin password but the hard disk password that was given to me is not working i went in to bios and on the passwords i can disable the primary password but the admin and the config passwords are locked i cannot access them.  ANY SUGGESTIONS HELP PLEASE!!!!    :womansad:

    i know on the Compaq/HPs that i work on, you can remove ac and dc pwr, disconnect the BIOS battery for 10-15mins, reconnect the ac pwr, clear the p/w in BIOS, shutdown and reconnect the BIOS battery and it'll work
