Startup error on 5100
Whenever I start up my computer, an error dialog box appears. The title bar says: "SmartBridge Alerts: MotiveSB.exe- Entry Point Not found".
The message itself says: "The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the Dynamic Link Library PSAPI.dll"
Does anyone know what this is or how to fix it? Thanks.

motiveSB.EXE Entry point not found. getprocessimagefilenameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.dll.
Usually is related with software for online communications (usually support & download) like broadband Internet file like DSL.
I had the same problem and was fixed when I uninstall that software.
It was verizon DSL help and support.
You will see those files on C drive program files and motive, but you cannot do anything from there.
Just go to control panel - add and remove programs and uninstall those programs that support DSL or Cable help and support (online)
You can download this again and should be no problem.
Also motivesb.exe can be virus or spy ware
And you can try run antivirus program to see is any treat there.
Off course if above doesn’t help
