Unable to Startup

Just got an M1530 (Vista, 2.2ghz, 2gb RAM, 8600M GT) last week and everything was working fine until yesterday when it crashed during internet video playback (screen froze and soundbite on repeat). I restarted with the power button and lauched startup repair when it turned back on, whch found:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down  to prevent damage to your computer...

A process or thread crucial  to your system operational has been unexpectedly exited or terminated...

If this is the first time you've seen .......

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.............

Thechnical information:*** STOP: 0x000000F4 ( 0x00000003, 0x840B5350, 0x8CBB8CD4, 0x80000000)

win32k.sys - address 8CBD8CD4 base at 8CA00000,   Datestop 4549aea2

After that everytime I run startup repair or go straight to a normal windoes startup, it either hangs or restarts automatically only to hang again. I've installed mostly games since i got the computer, and have plugged in Logitech external speakers, a razor mouse and an external harddrve (HD hadnt been plugged in since the day before the crash, however)

Anyway, any help would be hugely appreciated, thank you for your time!

Download and run the Windows Debuuger, it should tell you what the problematic file is (the one is the STOP error is not always the one), then just have to see what it belongs too and fix it from there.
