Upgrading graphics

I have a DELL LATITUDE 100L with a Mobile Intel Pentium 4 (CPU 2.80GHz)(1.00 GB of RAM).  I have a 2 display adapters, both: intel 82852/82855 GM/GME Graphics Controller.  I need to upgrade my graphics card badly.  I went on amazon.com and saw a ATI Technologies Radeon 9600 XT 128 MB DDR Video Adapter that is well within my price range.  I was wondering; can I install this card on my system, or any new graphics card on my system?

... no. You were looking at a desktop computer GPU, there is no way in heck this will fit in any laptop. What's more, unfortunately there is no way to upgrade your particular model considering it does not have a compatible AGP port for any kind of laptop GPU. Sorry.
