Sorry for the problems you're having with that system.  What model of laptop is it that you're unable to Boot (ie load Windows)?   

The first thing I would suggest is to check out this support article on No Boot issues.  Scroll down about midway through the article until it gets to the section on No Boot.  There is a quick video as well under that section that you may want to watch.  It provides some of the essentials you'll want to try.

Please let me know if you're able to fix the issue using that linked article, and, if not, which steps you tried.  I'll try and make some suggestions depending on what you've tried to see if we can fix the problem.
