Unfortunately, Dell does not repair monitors, sell monitor components, or have dis-assembly documentation. We simply exchange them while under the three year warranty. You could take it to a local TV repair center to see if they can diagnose the issue. Then look for spare parts on eBay or craigslist. But, the cost to have a local repair shop diagnose, search for parts, buy the parts, exceeds the current market value of this monitor.
