DELL U2311H rev A02

Hello,

I just got this monitor in my post and wanted to try it out, and first thing I see is this :

Some weird radial stain at the bottom of the panel. Is there a way to get rid of it? I tried out the VGA and the DVI port both at my laptop and desktop computer, with the same result though. I tried out different settings aswell, other Gamma, brightness, not working.

Anyway to get rid of them, or do I have to return it? :(

Get it replaced. Make sure you specify that you are entitled to a New Exchange. If you only have a monitor order number, you should contact Order Support. If your monitor was purchased tied to a Dell PC, contact Technical Support. They will need the following data -
    Email Address:
    Name:
    Shipping Address:
    Phone Number:
Monitor Order number or PC Service Tag number:
    Monitor 20 digit PPID number:
Reason: Monitor fails the STFC (Self Test Feature Check)
    Troubleshooting Done:
Post a picture of the issue here and provide the link:
