U2711 and HDMI
I want to drive my U2711 by a video source from a Directv box. The monitor will basicly be out of reach after its installed. My question is, will the u2711 go into power save mode when the Hdmi signal is removed, (Directv box powered off)? and will it power back on when the HDMI signal is restored?

The monitors HDMI is passive. So if the DTV box does not resend a proper "call" to the monitor HDMI, then it may not awake.
