U2722DE, losing network connection, #3

I am experiencing the following issues when trying to find the correct firmware update:

1. System is recognizing my monitor as a different model with only the option to install the

  1. Display Manager Application
  2. Monitor Driver Update which fails upon opening with an error message that the monitor is not detected by my Windows 10 Pro System

2. The only option for a firmware update showing in my region (Canada) is the 19 Nov 2021 broken utility Release: 

<ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell> (why this is even still available on the site is beyond me, terrible CX)

3. The search for the Jan 6, 2022 release is nowhere to be found on the site.

I am not too sure if the firmware must be updated first for drivers to be updated successfully but the only utility functioning with my monitor is the Dell Display Manager.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

    Click the blue DELL-Cares username. Their profile page will appear. On the right click, "Send this user a private message". They will need the private monitor Service Tag and 20 digit serial number. Check the rear label.

    * What PC model?
    * What monitor model is being shown in the Device Manager?
    * Are there multiple monitors connected to the same PC?
