I am trying to install the firmware update for my monitor so that I can use my i1 Display Pro to calibrate. I go to install the firmware update and it keeps telling me that the monitor is not detected. I have tried several new USB cables to no avail. I also can't find any information that this is a typical problem, so any help is greatly appreciated on how to fix this issue, thank you
