UP3214Q xRite calibration

I have been trying to calibrate this monitor via i1 Pro and Dell xRite software v1.5.7.

This is my second monitor, as the first had several of the reported issues, and this monitor appears to have resolved most of the issues I previously had with sync, wake-up etc.

However, one issue I am still having is that the USB connection in DCC is not detected when at 60Hz.  So display port 1.2 has to be disabled.  Interestingly, DCC detects the i1 Pro even when it is plugged in via the monitor.

In reading the FAQ section by Chris, it says you need to disable DP1.2 when calibrating.  Is there no work around for this?  I am not sure that my profile will be still valid calibrating at 30Hz and then using at 60Hz.  I cannot confirm this, but the colours do look different.

Can anyone please advise if it is possible to calibrate with DCC at 60Hz and DP1.2?  If not, is this a bug that may be fixed, or something that we need to live with?

Thanks for your help.

Test your calibration with ArgyllCMS/DispcalGUI and "RG_phoshor" spectral correction and let's see if they are actually wrong or messed up in any of the two situations.

    Thanks for that.

Can anyone confirm definitely if 60Hz 4K calibration is not supported on the USB3.0 downstream port?  Cheers.
