Viewsonic Reseller Question
I don't know who exactly would be qualified to answer this question; and how to contact them so I thought I would make a post about it.
I was looking into some of the Viewsonic LCD Monitors and was wondering how you dealt with conflicting return policies based on dead pixels. I believe yours is 5 and Viewsonic's is 4? So if there are 4 I have to go through Viewsonic... even though they state to contact reseller?

The reseller must provide a Dell order number so we can ascertain if the reseller bought a Dell monitor warranty.
