Networker compatibility: x86 versus x64

Hello.

I saw Networker 7.6.2 compatibility guide and I have a question that i have no clear. ¿Its feasible to have Networker Server and Storage Node in x86 and the clients with x64?

Thanks.

    Josecw,

Windows 2008, 2008 R2, 2003 and 2003 R2 are all supported as NetWorker servers on 32 and 64 bit windows.

    Clients can be 2008, 2008 R2, 2003, 2003 R2, windows 7, Vista, XP and Virtual server 2005 R2 on 64 bit and 32 bit.

    Regards,

    Yes, this should not matter.

    consider this:

NetWorker running Windows x86 can back up Linux and UNIX, AIX, etc.  If NetWorker can backup these operation systems, then you can be sure cn back up any version of Windows.  The reverse is too as well.
