Hi, I have a DELL S5248F-ON switch running OS 10.5.2.3.
I'm familiar with Cisco Nexus switches that offer a 'port-profile' feature which allows the admin to define configuration centrally on the switch under the profile and then on the switch port put the name of the port profile with no config. The switchport then inherits the configuration from the profile. An example of it's use is if I want to rollout the same trunked vlans to multiple interfaces and then update them centrally using a profile.
Does the DELL switch offer a similar feature ? (apologies I'm new to DELL).

KerrJ,I believe the profile feature you're looking for is the same as described on page 356 here.

Hello,
On the Dell OS10 switches there is a profile but that is in relation to the port-speed and breakout options. As for what you are requesting with being able to quickly mimic/replicate the same switch configuration across multiple interfaces i'd suggest one of the following:
utilizing interface range commands to configure multiple interfaces at once
utilize a batchscript

Since you mentioned that you are new to the Dell OS10 switches I'll further advise that OS10 runs on a linux shell. Meaning if you are proficient with linux then you'll have further options available.
