Getting a Foreign PDU message consistently on a single interface for a N3024

ISDP[dtlTask]: isdp_txrx.c(169) 7114118 %% Foreign pdu on interface Te1/0/1

The connection on Te1/0/1 is a Dell S3124. Not seeing an error on that unit.

What could be causing the message?
