Im a little new to shopping for the transceiver modules. I have two X1052p switches that Id like to stack and I want to make sure that I will purchase the correct ones.
You would need to create port channels and connect the two switches that way, but it isn't the same type of configuration as stacking. You can read about port-channeling here. For what you're describing you should have gone with N series switches that support stacking.
May I ask what you're connecting to these switches?

Thank you for the response Joey. Im not sure how to configure that to work with our existing stack. I was under the impression that we could just swap out the stack of 2x 3548's after they were static and everything would be happy. How difficult is it to accomplish port channel configuration? Will it work just like the stack would after configuration?
We are going to use these switches in a different location now and purchased a couple N series instead for the project. The plan is to run a few WAPs and phones on these.

Just to clarify, X1000 series does not support stacking, only port-channel configuration.
