User role for backups and show all users
For an S4128 switch what is the proper role to assign for a user to perform a config backup? netoperator can't do a 'show running-configuration'?
Is there a command that shows all users and not just active users?

What is the OS on the switch? You can use show version to display the OS version.

Do you see the information needed with the show run users command?
Let me know.

Mike4fg,
On the S4128, you would need a sysadmin user to log in to perform the config backup.
As far as the command to show all users would be show users or show userrole on OS10, but I think it works in OS9 as well.
Let me know if this helps.
