The 9100 does not come with Bluetooth standard, however you can upgrade to Bluetooth when you customize your system, or you can order the parts yourself via Dell Spare Parts.

But to answer your question again if you didn't specifically order the Bluetooth module the 9100 does not have it. If you aren't sure if you ordered it you can always check out your invoice which you can view online when you login to your account.

Hello, I am also an owner of the Dell XPS Studio 9100 and was having trouble locating the driver needed for the Bluetooth Wireless pcie card I ordered on Ebay. I bought this desktop off the Facebook market and have been upgrading it by ordering "legacy" parts for it seeing how this pc is considered pretty out-date. Does Dell have a driver or some means to which I can use my pcie card? I know of these things called "Bluetooth Dongles" where you just plug it into the usb slot but I don't necessarily want to have my bluetooth running outside my build...for showcase and aesthetics reasons. Can someone help me with this? I will google it and do some more research in the meantime. Thanks Dell community.

I found that the OEM upgrade bluetooth part is named "Bigfoot Killer bluetooth module 1525. It is an ebay item listed under various names but ultimately is the Dell Inspiron 1525 bluetooth module card/adapter. It seems often times labeled as Inspiron 1525 wireless card, Dell Killer 1525, Dell Inspiron 1525 Wireless Wifi card, Dell 1525 Bigfoot wifi card, etc. I actually didn't try it out myself, but the one I am currently using was ordered on Ebay also. The item is named "Desktop PC PCI-E WiFi Bluetooth Card 600 Mbps Dual Band Wireless Network Adapter". The product's brand is named "fenvi" and the model seems to be FV-8303. The ebay seller's name is "herofpv" who is located in Hong Kong. This user has been an ebay seller since 2013 and probably has many other parts also. I hope this helps others find their solution.
