Need a New Router, Which one is better?
I need a new router to replace my Belkin MR814v2, since my current one keeps dropping my AIM connection (when connected with the cable and after I fowarded the proper port), and I might as well in order to gain WPA encryption for my network.
Currently, I'm deciding between two routers:
Linksys WRT54G
D-Link DI-624
Which of the two would you recommend, or are there better ones? I don't want to spend more than $50 (after any rebates) on a router.

Thanks for the input.- The better solution is to macth your router to your wireless card, if at all possible. For me, I don't care much for D-Link and like Linksys very much. Maybe its just the fact that Linksys was the first one I bought and got used to the setup screens. D-Link can be a little confusing to me at times. That's just me, besides the dark blue that Linksys uses is my favorite color.

Matching of the wireless cards is not possible since the only cards are the Intel ones from the Centrino set of components. I think I'll go with the Linksys one though, since I saw a couple other people say some really good stuff about it.
Thanks again for the advice.Brain, my two cents:
1) I'm upset with dlink right now. That said, the 624 has decent hardware and can often be found dirt cheap on sale. The stock firmware has a very hard time with centrino/intel cards but dlink has beta firmware that supposedly fixes this -- you'll need to email them for it (perhaps repeatedly).
2) the wrt54g is a quality product, or at least used to be. the new version 5 has less ram (i think?) and uses a differenty OS so you can't use 3rd party firmware. it's typically more expensive although there are occassional sales. If you find an older revision (say 2-4), buy it.
