I have a Inspiration 15??, that has Windows 7.   I also have Norton 360 installed.  This program has a automatic storage program.  Whenever I turn on my computer, I get a pop-up window from DataSafe the the following message:  "An Unhandled Exception occured.  Application will exit."  This stays on screen until I hit OK or Close.  I then get another screen that states,"DataSafe has stopped working.  Windows is checking for a solution to the problem...."  This screen goes away after about 10 seconds.  Wait about 3 minutes, and the whole process starts over.  How can I make this stop?  Thanks.
