Optiplex 390 diagnostics error
I have a dell optiplex 390. I am running diagnostics before I sell it. It gives me an error code: 2000-0415 and a validation of 69274. It also says it has something to do with cables. I also have included a picture of the error screen. What could this be, I have detached and reattached all the cables. It still says the same thing.

I opened up the case and cannot find the intrusion switch anywhere? My desktop is an optiplex 390 mid tower. Where would the intrusion switch be. I have provided a photo of my desktop.

Error Code: 2000-0415 Validation: xxxxxx Msg: Cables - Check the following cables: USB Port Short Circuit
Error Code: 2000-0415 Validation: xxxxxx Msg: Hard Drive DST Short test - Test Did not complete
Intrusion switch is specific
This switch is optional however so this should not be enabled or should be set to silent when its not there.
Look at the switch with black red white wires. In your pic the switch is floating in the case not attached like my pic.
