My Poweredge 1900 has recently started going into a reboot cycle. The cycle is usually like 3 seconds on, power loss, 3 seconds off, back on.

It sometimes starts to loop when I power it on. Other times it will run normal from a few minutes to a couple hours and then lose power and reboot.

I have verified there are no issues with the PERC5/i raid controller and it has a new battery.

The server also seems to keep running if I power on with all hard drives unplugged.

Any suggestions will be appreciated!
