Hey all,

I have a Dell 2550 server. My case fans no longer work at all as well as the memory fan. I replaced the motherboard and VRM's thinking something went bad. I have 2 power supplies. 1 is currently plugged in. When I boot it sounds like the power supply fan speeds up then speeds down and it keeps on doing that. Any suggestions on what to replace or where to look? Thank you!
