There is a square panel in the upper left with a blue LED, faint Green LED and a button. The blue light blins most of the time but on occasion is solid. Pushing the button truns the solid blue to blinking blue. THANK IS ALL I KNOW ABOUT THE PANEL AND MANUALS DOESN"T SAY A THING ABOUT IT! There may be other unlit LEDs.

What is the panel trying (very poorly since it doesn't appear to be documented) to convey?

From a Windows login (runs Win Server 2008)  can I see a log of what the panel is trying to convey?

What is the name of this "feature?"
