PowerEdge R720 SD Card Default Boot

I've installed ESXi on 2 Poweredge R720 servers on the internal SD card modules but I cannot find in the BIOS options where to set it to automaitically boot to the SD Card slot. I'd hate to have to call support for something that should be a little more obvious, but I've played around in the BIOS options, boot menu, etc. and theres I can't seem to make it work.

 

If someone could provide some guidance / instructions, I'd appreciate it.

    Hi,
    Under the system settings->boot settings menu you can set the boot sequence. Depending on if you have BIOS or UEFI mode enabled it will look like one of the following two screens.

    I had the same issue, couldn't get it to boot off the SD after installing vmware.  I swtiched to UEFI and it booted right up.
