Hello all,
Hopefully a simple question, as for the ScaleIO GUI are there any other system requirements above and beyond what's in the user guide? Since the user guide seems to focus on servers, I had a question about running the Windows GUI on Windows 7 or 10. Seems like it's likely not an overly complex msi package and would likely run on those desktop systems, but if anyone knows of anything official about this it would be much appreciated.

Hi Ross,
ScaleIO GUI should be working fine with the following Windows systems:
Win 7
Win 10
Win 2016
Win 2008R2
Win 2012 (R2)
Just make sure you have correct Java version (1.8) installed on your system.
We will also update the ScaleIO documentation with the OS requirements for the GUI.
