Powerpath Management Appliance on HyperV

Hi,

are any plans to provide PMA as image for Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V ?

Today we can download OVA File for VMware and Docker Container Image.

Hi Br Thomas - no plans at present. Please help me understand the use case for an image w/ Hyper-V - we were assuming that bare metal (Docker) would cover the non-VMware platforms.

Hi Bob,

most of the server runs Windows Hyper-V & PP, starting with 4 ESXi Server for Oracle, implementing PMA for PP/VE, all Management Tools running on Hyper-V, no Management Tools running on ESXi. So we have to run Docker on Windows for PMA?

Hi Thomas - yes Docker on Windows would be the implementation option for PMA in this instance.
