I have a power vault 660f, 512mb on each controller, 7.72 or so BIOS for windows 2003. No errors what soever in the event log.

I start copying a 18gb file and it stated it will copy it for 140minutes, and it took about 1 hour to copy.

I used the QLA2200 and also tried with QLA 2342 hbas. Same results.

The HDs are great, just forground initialized them. Flushed the controllers with the latest firmware I have and ses firmware. Can't find anything wrong, but the speed is below any of my expectations.

Any ideas?

( I also went into controller options and set the queue depth for 150 (was set to 6) and got the same results. Batteries are ok, I am running in normal cache mode. Can't think of anytihng else.
