Hi everyone,

I've been using Dell laptops for many years, and overall, my experience has been really good. Currently, I'm working on my Dell XPS 14, which has been a reliable machine for my everyday development work.

I'm a game developer, and recently I've been working on a small puzzle game solver project. The idea is to use AI tools and some custom logic to analyze puzzle states and find possible solutions.

However, I've started running into some unexpected issues while testing different AI tools and running their scripts through Windows PowerShell.

Here are a couple of errors I've encountered:

1. PowerShell Execution Policy Error:

.\run_solver.ps1 : File cannot be loaded because

running scripts is disabled on this system.

PSSecurityException:

UnauthorizedAccess

2. Python Environment / Dependency Error:

ModuleNotFoundError:

No module named 'cv2'

3. AI Model Initialization Error:

RuntimeError:

Failed to initialize AI model.

CUDA device not available.

Falling back to CPU execution.

I'm not sure whether these issues are related to my PowerShell configuration, Python environment, AI tool dependencies, or GPU compatibility.

I've already tried reinstalling some dependencies, but I don't want to keep changing system settings without understanding the actual cause.

My questions are:

Is there a recommended PowerShell configuration for AI and game development on Windows 11?

What is the best way to manage Python environments and dependencies on an XPS 14?

Could GPU compatibility or missing CUDA support cause problems when running AI-based puzzle solvers?

Are there any Dell-specific drivers or settings I should check before troubleshooting further?

I'd really appreciate advice from developers who use Dell XPS systems for AI experiments, Python development, or game development.

Thanks in advance!
