Good morning,

We have a PowerVault MD3200 with the bottom redundant controller that failed. On the log only "Alternate RAID controller module removed" and "Temperature sensor removed". We tried to remove and put it back again with no results. We opened it and no signs of failure on the PCB. We don't have the controller service cable.

On the back of the controller, no lights on neither service ethernet port:

 

What I would like to ask, as no lights are on on the controller, could be also a backplane problem? All other components are working (both PSU and the primary controller).
