Rreceived RAS tickets T019 and T020, when looking inside the library, I could see that the -1 drive lable was peeling off. Suspect this is the cause of the calibrate errors.
What glue type should I use to re-stick the label back onto the tape drive.
If the label looks to be coming off that could be causing this issue. Do you know if the unit is currently under warranty? If it is NOT under warranty I would suggest to use something clear and not too abrasive. Maybe try pulling it out and try some gorilla glue. Just make sure you do not use any kind of tape or anything that covers it from the outside as it could cause the barcode not to scan. Also if you would can you please give me the RAS Ticket Details on the T020 error as there is a possibility that may be from something else. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
