I'm not familiar with the 3930 but in my T7910, Dell Diagnostics under F12 (during boot up) offers a host of tests, hardware monitoring options, and reports. Is this what you are after?
Have the same question. Also looking for something to monitor fan/temperature. BIOS is the only place I see where you can set fan speeds and temperatures.
