@valaki According to the Setup and Specifications information for that system on the Dell Support site, it had Thunderbolt 3 as an option. If your particular system has that, then you could use a Thunderbolt 3 eGPU enclosure, such as the Razer Core X. In terms of GPU choices, that would depend mostly on the physical size and power capabilities of the eGPU enclosure you chose. But I would say that if your system has a dGPU built-in, you should get an eGPU from the same chip maker. So for example if you have a built-in NVIDIA GPU, get an NVIDIA eGPU instead of an AMD eGPU. It should reduce driver complications.
If your system doesn’t include Thunderbolt 3, then there are some hack solutions that involve using an M.2 slot in your system if you have one available and don’t mind a ribbon cable sticking out of your system, but I haven’t looked into that very much.
