1700N tray2 problem

Hi,

We have a 1700N, but when we select the second tray in the print options, he keeps printing from the first tray.

I have looked around on the forums and found
Optional Paper Drawer Non-Functional [ Dell-Branded P1500, S2500(n), 1700(n), 1710(n) Printers ]

But this file doesn't exist anymore.

Can you help me with this?
