Try it. If the printer will print it is ok to use it. If not then you will have to reload the printer software. Your computer must be using XP or windows 2000 operating system.

Yes, I have tried the printer, it works just fine, my only problem is that error pop-up, keeps popping up & saying

"Found New Harware Wizard"

"Cannot Install this Hardware

There was a problem installing this harware: Dell Phto Printer 720

An error occurred during the installation of the device

The system cannot find the file specified.

Click finish to close the wizard."

 

So when I click finish, it continues to pop-up & stay on my screen every time I try to close it.  It won't go away, I have tried everything I know to do from installing to uninstalling to reinstalling etc. etc.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
